The Brack House is a combination of modern comfort and historic antiques.
Everyone's favorite room in the house. The sunroom. In 1907 when the house was completed this was an outdoor patio. Now it is our bright and sunny (and air conditioned) sunroom.
The home is located in the Monte Vista historic district with many beautiful estate homes. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood to see these breathtaking homes.
This kitchen is a cooks dream. 5 burner gas stove, prep sink in island, plenty space for you and your sous-chefs! Guest will not have access to the glass door pantry.
Oversize kitchen connected to the dining room. Full size refrigerator and full size freeze available.
Coffee Lovers Dream! Four different types of brew. Drip, Chemex, French Press & Keurig. Mix-ins & frother to top off your morning brew. If nothing here is to your liking, Extra Fine, a fabulous bakery and coffee shop is directly across the street.
Do you like wine/bourbon? So do we!! The kitchen has a dedicated section for your mixology needs.
The large kitchen also has a Wine/Mixology bar. Gather round for cocktails while you cook or “pre-game” before walking to one of the fabulous nearby restaurants. Please feel free it inquire about suggestions and/or reservation assistance.
Master bedroom with comfortable king bed and a beautiful Louis the XV Armoire for your use.
Oversized walk-in shower in master bath.
Second sink/vanity area in master bath.
Oversized table in the dining room as well as a history wall. Our guest enjoy reading about this historic home. The most expensive house in the country (price/sq. inch) in 1907!!
Inviting backyard for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Gas grill also available.
Two separate entrances. Plenty of parking here in the drive and even more behind a gate that can be closed and locked.
